This department guards the quality of the products served in our restaurants. Is responsible for cooperation with suppliers, logistics, product development and production, food quality, and food safety. Moreover, Food Service Department is also responsible for managing indirect purchasing activities in order to ensure the best prices and quality for operational goods and services.
